fueled by her passion for music, Healing, & COLLECTIVE LIBERATION...

Sadie is a neuro-complex multi-hyphenate from Saint Louis, MO, and is making a name for herself in creative circles around the globe. From studying music & theatre in London, to headlining shows in the New York City songwriting scene, to studying and teaching yoga in the jungles of Costa Rica, Sadie strives to be well, serve well, and weave her experiences into song.

Influenced heavily by The Beatles, The Everly Brothers, Bob Dylan, and the Great American Songbook from her extensive musical theatre background, Sadie’s award-winning songs have garnered praise—most recently, her song “Dirty Little Secret” nabbed a top 4 spot in the American Songwriter Magazine Lyric Contest (The Memphis Issue).

She was also a noted finalist in the annual John Lennon Songwriter’s Scholarship Contest for her song, “Again.” Sadie’s candid, soulful folk tunes celebrate her journey, and stick with the listener long after the record has stopped spinning.

In 2018-2019 Sadie completed a solo tour from Nashville to Los Angeles and back, and since the pandemic started, has been living in Nashville, performing in covid-safer shows, & writing for her next album! Sadie had the privilege of completing her 300 Hour Advanced Yoga & Ayurveda Training in the Fall of 2020 and continues to teach accessible + inclusive trauma-informed yoga online.

When she’s not working on music or teaching, Sadie can be found protesting for a Free Palestine, fighting for Disability Justice, practicing Authentic Relating (NVC), decolonizing yoga & wellness, practicing community care by continuing to wear a respirator in public in an on-going global pandemic, guiding women's circles, engaging in shadow work and grief work, healing the mother wound, consciously reducing her carbon footprint, composting, biking on greenways, communing with ancestors in the astral realm, cooking Ayurvedic & Indian food, restoring a 1979 Rhodes Mark I Stage Piano, meditating, thrifting, listening to podcasts, spinning vinyl, reading all the poetry books (Kaur) and feminist books (hooks), and endlessly daydreaming.
