Led by traveling musician, moon child, and modern-day-mystic, Sadie Hart, these new moon gatherings have birthed many visions into the physical plane and have empowered many women to step into their fullest potential. We meet under the new moon to reclaim sisterhood and to plant the seeds of our heart's deepest desires.
Sadie's gift as a yoga teacher and music healer is holding a safe yet playful space for exploration using the tools she has gathered from her own healing journey to NYC, LA, and Costa Rica. We use tools such as authentic relating, the chakra system, astrology, gentle movement, grounding meditation, mantras, ritual, and journaling in sacred circle to cultivate our own intuition and step more fully into ourselves.
